Successful applicants are required to provide an interim report after one year and a final report at 18 months, with the full study report submitted within six months of project completion. They must also acknowledge the Biocodex Microbiota Foundation’s support in all communications and publications arising from the funded work. Additionally, applicants agree to disclose any prior or concurrent funding requests for the same project and to promptly notify the Foundation if the study is discontinued.

Applications must be submitted by email no later than October 31, 2025. The jury will announce its decision in November 2025.
