About the Course
Why a course on advocacy for access to safe abortion?
The right of every person to make their own decision about whether and when to have a child, and to have the means to exercise that right, has been recognised and reinforced at international level.  Yet, in many communities’ access to safe and legal abortion remains a fundamental missing piece to protecting and respecting the rights to bodily autonomy and integrity.  Many women and girls especially those most vulnerable and marginalised continue to experience unneccessary suffering, ill health and sometimes death due to lack of access to safe abortion services.
Duration

The course will start on 13 June 2022 and end on 08 July 2022.
