Call for Joint Project Proposals: Dialogue and Cooperation among Civil Society Groups in Human Rights and Conflict Resolution

The OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is pleased to announce a call for joint project proposals on addressing pressing human rights issues, and promoting peace and understanding in the OSCE region.

This call is part of ODIHR’s project “Advancing the Human Dimension of Security in Ukraine”. One of the objectives of the project is to further strengthen cooperation on human rights, conflict resolution and dialogue among civil society groups. This includes sharing best practices from the different countries represented and elaborating a common vision for the civil society engagement in conflict resolution in Eastern Ukraine.

For this call, ODIHR welcomes in particular Ukraine-relevant projects with a specific focus on increasing dialogue on human rights issues in the conflict resolution context. Projects may be also focused on other topics, including:

Target Audience

ODIHR is looking for applications from individual representatives of civil society organizations based in Ukraine and the following countries:

Eligibility Criteria

Project proposals must be designed jointly by individuals representing civil society organizations (hereinafter ´project coordinators´) from both Ukraine and any of the other 18 countries mentioned in the target audience section (at minimum one from Ukraine, one from any of the countries listed above).
