A Call for Applications for the Matra Rule of Law Training: Decentralisation and Citizen Participation has been launched by the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

The Matra Rule of Law Training Programme is designed to strengthen institutional capacity in the field of rule of law within government organisations in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

This training will take place online – interactive with a focus on problem-based learning and individual attention to the participant’s efforts.
