Open Call: 9th Competition of Projects in the Field of Adult Education (Ukraine)

The competition features four categories: civic education, personal development, veteran support and reintegration, and vocational training or retraining. Winners will be chosen for first, second, and third places in each category, along with a grand prize.

The winners will receive diplomas and a special award from the organizers and will have the opportunity to present their projects at the annual General Meeting of the Ukrainian Association of Adult Education. All participants will receive certificates of participation.

Adult education providers, including all interested state and non-state institutions working in the field of adult education, or individual citizens (citizens’ initiative group), are eligible to participate in the competition.

Educational projects or specific stages implemented between July 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, may be submitted, and participants are allowed to propose multiple entries.

Projects will be evaluated based on their relevance, innovation, social significance, clarity of goals, alignment of activities with objectives, collaboration between government and non-government institutions, potential for continuation and scaling, originality, and the scale of participation.

Applicants are required to register their projects by filling out the Google form provided by the organizers. The competition proposal must be written in the state language or the language used during the project implementation. Participants bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the information included in their submission.

The project description template includes key details such as the nomination category, project name, contact information, sponsors, partners, implementation timeline, target audience, goals, activities, results, and relevant links. Applications for the competition will be accepted until November 15, 2025.
