The HDFC Real Estate Tech Innovators 2022 is a thought leadership initiative by HDFC Capital in partnership with Startup India, a challenge to recognize and award innovations in the Construction Tech, SalesTech, Real Estate FinTech, and Sustainability Tech verticals that shall drive innovation and efficiencies within the affordable housing ecosystem.
As part of the incentives being offered to the most innovative companies / solutions, HDFC Capital has committed to invest in a minimum of 3 companies who apply to be a part of the HDFC Real Estate Tech Innovators 2022.
Funding Information
- Investment of minimum INR 1 Cr each by HDFC Capital in at least 3 program participants.
Non-Tax Incentives
- HDFC Capital and/or its partners may provide some participants opportunities to undertake pilot projects.
- Select participants will get opportunities to engage with key industry leaders and gain access to the vast HDFC ecosystem.
- Support from HDFC Capital and/or other partners in fine tuning business strategy.
- Select participants will get a chance to present at the main showcase event to an audience of government representatives, promoters of top real estate developers as well as leading Indian and global investors.

The program is open to both early and late stage innovators.
