Nominations are now open for the AI Awards to Connect Ireland’s AI Ecosystem for a Higher Purpose.
The AI Awards aims to increase public awareness and support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by bringing academia and industry together to showcase and recognize the excellent AI work and dedication within AI on the island of Ireland.
The AI Awards will:
- Reward, showcase and highlight the research, applications and products of the AI community in Ireland
- Promote and market Ireland globally as a first-choice home for AI investment and job creation, research and product development
- Any profit from the AI Awards will be reinvested in the AI community in Ireland
Categories
- Best application of AI in a large enterprise
- Best application of AI to achieve social good
- Best application of AI in a startup
- Best application of AI in an academic research body
- Intelligent automation best use of RPA & Cognative
- Best use of AI in a customer service application
- Best application of AI in an SME
- Best application of AI in a student project
Eligibility Criteria
- The Irish AI Awards are open to any person or company on the island of Ireland only.
- Global companies may apply, but need to have an office/operations/employees located within the island of Ireland. Any applications made outside the country with no Irish connections will not be put forward to judges shortlisting.
- There is no cash alternative for the award winners.
- A company or person can apply for a maximum of two categories.
- AI Ireland may allocate an application into a different category than originally selected. This will happen if they feel you are more suited to another category or you don’t qualify for the category that was selected in the online submission form.
- AI Ireland Awards reserves the right to alter the rules and the terms & conditions at any time.
- They may add or remove categories based on feedback from the AI Ireland community.
- Judges scores will not be made public.
- Your email address will be added to the communications on the AI Ireland Awards both this year and for future years.
