CFAs: Training and Technical Assistance Initiative (US)

Deadline: 30-Sep-2025

The Misk Foundation is seeking applications for its Traineeship Program to develop their skills and enhance their understanding of the work environment through diverse opportunities at Misk Foundation via the Tamheer.

The Misk Graduate Traineeship Program (Tamheer) is an exceptional opportunity specifically designed to attract ambitious top Saudi graduates and prepare them to enter the job market with high competence and competitive skills.

The program takes place within the Misk Foundation and leading entities affiliated with Misk, providing participants with valuable training experiences. After registration and a successful interview, applicants can explore the opportunities available and apply for those that best suit their qualifications and experience. The program begins with registration and browsing opportunities within two weeks of acceptance, followed by a six-month training period.

During the traineeship, participants benefit from professional development workshops and one-on-one career coaching sessions, although it is important to note that the program does not guarantee employment after completion. Outcomes of the program include enhanced professional skills, increased confidence, expanded networks, and a deeper understanding of personal strengths and areas for improvement. Trainees also receive a certificate from Misk Foundation upon successful completion.

Eligibility for the program requires applicants to be Saudi nationals proficient in both English and Arabic, holding a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in one of the specified fields. A cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5 or 2.75 out of 4 is required, along with being a fresh graduate or having no more than two years of work experience. Candidates must also meet the requirements of the Tamheer program, including registration in the Saudi National Labor Gateway (TAQAT), not being employed or registered in social insurance for the past six months, and fulfilling additional conditions of the Human Resources Development Fund.

The program is based in Riyadh and is targeted at fresh graduates, offering practical training with financial compensation provided through Tamheer. Skills gained from the program include leadership, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making, and communication.

The application process involves signing up through Misk Hub, completing the application, and undergoing evaluation. Accepted applicants will attend a virtual group interview before gaining access to the Misk Traineeship Portal to browse opportunities. Participants must complete the Career Essentials Program to unlock eligibility, after which they may undergo additional assessments before final confirmation. Successful candidates will receive an acceptance email with details of their traineeship enrollment, while all applicants are updated on their status within four to six weeks of application completion.
