Call for Proposals: Indigenous-Led Solutions to Advance Health Equity and Wellbeing (United States)

Applications are now open for the In-Home Support Pilot Project stream of the Age Well at Home (AWAH) initiative.

This stream funds eligible organizations across Canada with experience delivering one or more of a specific list of volunteer-based services to seniors. Organizations need to provide at least 1 of the following eligible practical support services to low-income and otherwise vulnerable seniors in a local area ,as well as help seniors navigate and access eligible services provided by other local organizations.

Objectives

Employment and Social Development Canada will invest in projects from eligible organizations that focus on providing services to low-income and otherwise vulnerable seniors, primarily in the seniors’ homes who need help to age at home, primarily through volunteers.
