The Arts Council Luxembourg is inviting applications for its Global Project Grant Programme to support artists in the Luxembourg music sector. Eligible expenses include research, project design, promotion, and dissemination outside Luxembourg. However, costs related to album production, merchandising, music videos, and the artist’s website are not eligible.
To qualify for the grant, applicants must be Luxembourg nationals or residents. Grant recipients cannot apply for other individual grants in the same year, nor can they reapply for this grant within the next four years. The selection criteria include the artist’s connection to the Luxembourg cultural scene, their recorded work, career strategy, and the international potential of their project.
Applicants must submit several documents, including an identity card, certificate of residence, CV, artistic portfolio, cover letter, project description, and an implementation schedule.
