Applications are now open for the Sports and Recreation Grant. Funding is available under several categories, including Individual High Performance, Individual Recreation, Team Sponsorship, and Event Sponsorship.
Funds awarded in Cycle 2 must be used between August 2025 and July 2026. Applicants should ensure their planned activities fall within this timeframe.
Eligible expenses include gas or fuel for travel, but only up to a maximum of $200. Some expenses are not allowed under this grant, including groceries, clothing, and large single-user items such as treadmills.
Priority will be given to applicants who are 25 years old or younger. The grant must be used exclusively by the approved recipient and cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstance.
