In conjunction with the fantastic team at Philip Lee, Endeavor Ireland has set out to create a unique 5 month programme for women entrepreneurs.
This programme comprises of ten one-on-one hour long mentorship over the course of five months. By connecting ambitious women with high-calibre global mentors, they aim to provide a series of personalised and strategic mentorship calls that are tailored to guide the entrepreneurs through their specific challenges.
Endeavor Ireland was launched in 2019 to assist ambitious founders across the island of Ireland. Supported by a high-calibre board of directors, a deep bench of mission-aligned mentors, and the global Endeavor network, they work with some of the fastest scaling entrepreneurs to ensure they can fulfil their potential.
Endeavor strives to support highly ambitious entrepreneurs, those who aim to create hundreds, if not thousands of jobs. Those who create wealth not just for themselves, but also for their team and their community. And those who then multiply their individual impact by giving back.

Eligibility Criteria
The programme is for?
- Women Entrepreneurs based in Ireland.
- Ambitious and not afraid to dream big.
- Aiming to raise funds in the next 12 months.
- Working full-time on the business.
- Revenue generating (or with a clear path to get there).
- A product-ready company (well-passed the ideation stage).
- Company must be operating in Ireland.
