UNDP is seeking applications for Strengthening resilience of MSMEs and facilitate employment linkages to migrants, women, and other vulnerable communities in Uttar Pradesh.

UNDP is seeking to engage a technical support agency to support MSMEs in business continuity plan preparation and provide advisory support to them through information, training, and ecosystem linkages support to ensure business continuity and sustainability. The agency must develop and share IEC materials with MSME/govt. dept./ stakeholders as well as develop standard operating procedures for COVID response/psycho-social support /safety protocols for MSMEs so that they can safely resume and continue their operations.

The agency must support migrant workers and women for facilitating linkages with MSME in partnership with Department of Labour & Employment, Uttar Pradesh Kamgar Aur Shramik (Rozgar evam Sewayojan) Aayog, MSME and industry associations. The agency has to support women and youth to access online technical support and guidance through online platforms through increasing awareness about job opportunities, government portals, outreach to prospective employers, etc.
