Do you know someone whose efforts within the community should be recognised? Have you been to a local community event you enjoyed? If you know a friend, family member, co-worker or school friend who has gone above and beyond to make the Peninsula a better place – nominate them for a 2023 Australia Day Award!
Nominations for Community Event of the Year are also open where you can recognise a great community event either in-person or virtual you have attended or helped to organise.
Eligibility Criteria

Nominations should be for:
- Australian Citizens; and
- Residents of Mornington Peninsula (past or present), or
- Non-residents whose contributions benefit the community of the Mornington Peninsula.
Criteria

Consideration is given but not limited to the following selection criteria:
- An inspirational role model; and/or
- Selfless contribution to the community; and/or
- Significant contribution to the community.
