Sophie and Karl Binding Foundation Funding Program in Switzerland

Deadline: 31-Jul-2025

The iCreate Spark-up Idea Fund Program is designed to help students take their first steps into the world of entrepreneurship. It offers a structured platform where participants can learn essential startup skills, receive mentorship, and gain clarity on how to turn their ideas into real, market-ready products.

This program specifically targets tech-based innovations and aims to empower students by combining mentorship, funding, and practical experience. The goal is to transform promising ideas into viable business solutions.

The focus areas of the Spark-up Idea Fund include Agritech, Healthtech, Electric Vehicles, Renewable Energy, Fintech, Internet of Things, and Watertech—sectors with high potential for innovation and impact.

Participants benefit from a 3-day intensive bootcamp, featuring hands-on mentoring by industry experts. The bootcamp focuses on entrepreneurship, product development, and practical insights.

The program offers real-time idea validation, allowing participants to test their concepts with potential users and gather useful feedback. It also provides peer learning opportunities through interaction with other early-stage startups and teams.

Successful applicants gain access to the iCreate alumni network, opening up new connections, ongoing support, and future opportunities in the startup ecosystem.

Eligible teams or individuals can receive funding of up to ₹50,000 to help develop and refine their ideas into workable solutions.

The program is open to students from any discipline or college. Applicants must present ideas that are innovative, implementable, commercially viable, and either completely new or a better alternative to existing options. A strong commitment to growing the idea through various stages is essential.
