RYCO Open Call for Capacity Building Training for CSOs from Serbia

Regional Office for Youth Cooperation (RYCO) is launching an open call for participation in the capacity building training for project design in the areas of youth mobility, cooperation, activism and intercultural learning in the Western Balkans.

The general goal of the training is to raise the level of knowledge and capacity of civil society organizations to independently and successfully prepare project proposals, while respecting the principles of inclusive youth participation.

Through three-day training, participants will get a theoretical basis, as well as the opportunity to practically and independently in small groups work on developing universal elements in project applications – from explaining the justification of the idea, through setting goals and activities, to forming a realistic one budget and public relations considerations. In addition, participants will be introduced to the concepts intercultural learning, reconciliation, youth participation and social inclusion, advocacy as well as opportunities to seek partnerships in the region. An important segment of training will be presentation digital tools for working with young people.

Training Date: September 23 – 25, 2020

Maintenance: Online , with the support of the Zoom platform

Training Dynamics: The training is realized over three days. After the realized training, it is possible to apply for obtaining additional targeted mentoring support in connection with practical work on training.

Who is the Training for:

The training is intended for representatives of civil society organizations, who do not have or have very much limited experience in project preparation and execution. Criteria to be followed accounts during the selection of participants are as follows:
