King Baudouin Foundation launches Fund for Future Program (Belgium)

Deadline: 03-Oct-2025

The Northern Territory Government (NTG) has opened applications for a one-off grant program aimed at reducing the harms associated with alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (AOD) across the Territory.

As part of the Northern Territory Government’s ongoing leadership in strategic policy and planning for alcohol and other drugs (AOD), a new funding initiative has been launched in collaboration with health services, non-government organisations (NGOs), and local communities. For the 2025–2026 funding round, community groups, NGOs, local councils, sole traders, and partnerships are invited to apply for grants of up to $20,000 per project.

The grant program supports a diverse range of prevention, education, and community action initiatives, with a particular emphasis on projects that benefit young people.

To be prioritised for funding, applicants should clearly demonstrate how their initiatives will promote healthy lifestyle choices, improve mental health and emotional wellbeing, reduce harms associated with alcohol and other drug use, and encourage cultural connection, healing, and community resilience.

This opportunity reflects the NT Government’s strong commitment to community-driven solutions in addressing AOD challenges, while fostering stronger, more resilient communities across the Territory.
