The total budget of the current project is €373,150, and is fully funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) through the Solidarity Fund for Innovating Projects.

Purpose of Evaluation

This evaluation serves two mutually reinforcing objectives: accountability and learning. Indeed the purpose is twofold:
