Artists-in-Residence 2023: Call for Applications

Global Networks Presentation Fund in New Zealand

Deadline: 1-Mar-22

Pro Helvetia has launched a call for applications for 2023 Artists-in-Residence with an aim at cultural practitioners from Switzerland (e.g. artists, curators, cultural intermediaries) and cultural practitioners from Southern Asia.

The aim of the studio residency is to find inspiration, establish networks and contemplate new projects and collaborations.

Residencies last for three months at most. Pro Helvetia provides accommodation, daily allowances, professional supervision, travel expenses, a contribution towards production and material costs (on request) and a workplace (on request).

The following are eligible: artists and cultural practitioners in the fields of visual arts, design and interactive media, music, literature and performing arts, as well as arts practitioners with a transdisciplinary focus.

In what cultural field do I need to work to be eligible to apply?

Artists and cultural practitioners from the following fields may apply: visual arts, design and interactive media, music, literature, and the performing arts, as well as artists with a transdisciplinary focus. You can, for example, be an artist, a curator, an event organiser or a cultural intermediary.
