Deadline: 18-Aug-22
Applications for EdTech Evidence for Entrepreneurs Course are now open for Africa-based EdTech innovators and entrepreneurs who want to ensure their EdTech products use the best available evidence for how to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
They often hear from people developing EdTech products that they want to bring more research on teaching and learning to their product’s design, and they are eager to demonstrate how their product builds on the best available evidence. But they’re not quite sure where to start. This course aims to fill that need.
Supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Jacobs Foundation, and UK Aid, the course is intended to help you improve your EdTech product by offering practical, evidence-based lessons from fellow entrepreneurs, industry experts, and education leaders.
EdTech Evidence for Entrepreneurs is an online course offered for free by EdTech Hub and made possible by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Jacobs Foundation, and UK aid. Four cohorts of roughly 40 participants each will be accepted to this application-only course. The cohort-based course will help you bring evidence to the design of your EdTech product or service to ensure you are incorporating research on how children learn, what good teaching looks like, and how products should be designed with users in mind.
