National Civil Service Servant Figure Awards

Divided into Top Management, Management and Professional, and Implementation Groups. Eligible nominees must demonstrate exceptional performance and significant contributions to their organization and the Public Service. Nominations are coordinated through the Human Resources Manager of the relevant ministry, state secretariat, or statutory body. Each award includes RM10,000 and a certificate.

National Employee Figure Awards

Targeted at employees outside the civil service and divided into Executive, Non-Executive, and Persons with Disabilities (OKU) categories. Employers or companies nominate employees who demonstrate individual excellence and workplace impact.

National Best Employer Awards

Recognize employers in Large Companies/GLCs and SMEs. SMEs must meet specific criteria regarding employee numbers and annual sales based on sector. These awards highlight organizations that cultivate productive, harmonious, and supportive work environments.

National Best Labor Union Awards

Cover public sector, private sector, and statutory bodies. Eligible unions must maintain harmonious employer-employee relations and prioritize employee welfare. Candidates are assessed by the Department of Trade Union Affairs (JHEKS).

Best Media Awards

Celebrate individuals and agencies that report labor-related achievements and developments, promoting awareness of workforce contributions.

Labor Day Best Contingent Award

Selected during the celebration from invited participants, recognizing collective efforts and participation.
