EaSI–EURES CFPs: Inviting Applications for Targeted Mobility Scheme “Your first EURES job”

SEARCA launches Travel Grants Program

Deadline: 6 September 2018

EaSI–EURES is seeking proposals for its Targeted mobility scheme “Your first EURES job” to support the development of actions for the work placement of young EU citizens aged 18-35 in an EU, Iceland and Norway territory country other than their country of residence and to help address mobility obstacles.

Jobseekers and employers (SMEs in particular) are the main target groups. Priority will be given to vulnerable sub-groups, notably unemployed young people, including longterm unemployed. Projects can cover all economic sectors and types of occupations, though specific sectors may be given priority in accordance with the demand side or the supply side needs in the countries covered by the action. Support can be provided not only to candidates who wish to find work in a new country but also to those who may wish to return to their country of origin or former country of residence.

The call is financed under the European Programme for Employment and Social Innovation “EaSI” 2014-2020 is a European-level financing instrument managed directly by the European Commission to contribute to the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy.
