World Environment Day (5th June): Open Grant Opportunities on Environment Conservation

Reducing Environmental Footprint, Improving Circularity in Extractive and Processing Value Chains

The World Environment Day is celebrated each year on 5th June in order to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing strain on planet Earth’s natural systems from reaching the breaking point.

The theme for the World Environment Day 2016 is “Zero tolerance for the illegal trade in wildlife”. Illegal trade in wildlife is affecting our planet’s biodiversity and is making it difficult for them to survive. It is shedding our economies and environment and increasing crime rates around the world.

It is our moral duty to keep our environment safe and secure to survive and keeping this need in mind, we have compiled a list of open grant opportunities on environment protection.
