Apply to Participate in HLM3 Asia–Pacific Youth Innovation Challenge to Address Child Rights

UNICEF is inviting young people to participate in a Billion Brains’ 3rd Asia Pacific High-Level Meeting on Child Rights (HLM3) Youth Innovation Challenge to share their ideas to improve the lives of children.

By finding creative and impactful solutions to improve the lives of children, participants are doing both social and economic “good” – investing in their lives and the long-term economic growth of their country.

Hosted every three years by a different country, the Government of Malaysia will hold the 3rd High Level Meeting on Child Rights (HLM3) in Kuala Lumpur this year on November 7-8 November 2016.

Thematic Areas

HLM3 will address and promote child rights around three key themes:

  1. Universal health coverage
  2. Violence against children
  3. Social protection for families
