EIT Manufacturing announces 2nd Call for Proposals

Deadline: 16-Jul-2025

In an effort to meet the needs of children in the DRC, particularly in crisis-affected provinces, the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) response plan in eastern DRC aims to improve sanitation conditions in targeted schools by building sustainable toilet blocks in accordance with technical specifications and standards, and to establish or improve water points that meet quality and safety standards for users in the provinces of Kasai and Tanganyika.

UNICEF is working with its partners to ensure the continuity or resumption of education, through the installation of temporary learning spaces, the construction of water, hygiene and sanitation facilities, as well as the implementation of a range of interventions aimed at ensuring that children benefit from a quality education in a protective environment.
