Deadline: 28-November-2025
With grants ranging from £1,001 to £2,000, the programme is designed to support initiatives that bring real benefits to local communities.
To qualify, projects should address at least three of the programme’s objectives. These include improving the quality of life and wellbeing of community members, increasing participation and reducing isolation, and building skills and capacity among residents. The programme also encourages activities that promote involvement in heritage, culture, arts, or sport, bring together people from diverse backgrounds, and protect the environment while promoting sustainable practices.
Eligibility requirements ensure that the programme supports organizations with a strong community focus. Applicants must be not-for-profit community or voluntary groups, with at least 90% of their beneficiaries located within the Council area. Groups must also not have exceeded the maximum number of grant awards for the year.
This programme offers an excellent chance for local organizations to implement projects that foster social cohesion, personal growth, and environmental responsibility. By aligning initiatives with the objectives, groups can secure funding to create positive change, strengthen community ties, and deliver lasting benefits for those they serve.
