- OR have a valid US 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor

- Have at least 3 years of field experience
- Demonstrate active on-the-ground programming
Financial and Operational Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have annual operating expenses of at least $100,000
- Demonstrate strong financial accountability
- Show organizational sustainability and governance practices
- Provide reliable impact data and reporting systems
Additional Eligibility Criteria
Organizations must also:
- Have women in leadership roles
- Maintain an English-language website (or use a fiscal sponsor)
- Submit all materials in English
- Comply with organizational ethical and policy guidelines
- Not be affiliated with excluded religious or restricted organizational categories
- Not have received a grant in the past 4 years
- Be fully compliant with prior reporting requirements
