Deadline: 12-Sep-2025

The Small Capital Grant programme is now open to support eligible organisations with funding to enhance facilities, improve infrastructure, and strengthen local community development.

The focus of the programme is on supporting core running costs to eligible organisations, programme costs, and summer scheme eligible costs. The grant is designed to assist formally constituted, community managed, and autonomous organisations that operate on a not-for-personal-profit basis with the wider community’s interests at heart. Eligible organisations must demonstrate inclusivity in their membership, hold an Annual General Meeting with equal voting rights, maintain a democratically elected management committee or board of directors, present annual reports and accounts, and ensure accountability to their community.

The Small Capital Grant provides vital financial support for projects that enable organisations to invest in their facilities and infrastructure, ensuring they can continue delivering valuable services to their local communities. Funding of up to £2,500 is available for eligible organisations as detailed in the guidance manual, and applications must be submitted by 12 September 2025 at 12:00 Noon GMT.
