Deadline: 28-Nov-2025
The SafeDeposits Scotland Community Fund is designed to empower local organizations and community groups to deliver projects that create lasting impact.
By providing quarterly grants of up to £5,000, the fund encourages initiatives that improve the quality of life for tenants, landlords, letting agents, and wider communities throughout Scotland.
Projects supported by the fund can take many forms, ranging from environmental programs that promote sustainability and green practices, to initiatives that enhance employability and develop career skills among community members. The fund also prioritizes projects that foster social inclusion, helping marginalized groups participate fully in their communities, as well as initiatives that improve access to technology and digital resources. Additionally, projects that directly enhance local neighborhoods, such as community improvements, public space revitalization, or cultural activities, are eligible for funding.
Applications are assessed based on their potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with the fund’s objectives. Organizations are encouraged to demonstrate community engagement, measurable outcomes, and sustainability beyond the grant period. By supporting a diverse range of projects, the SafeDeposits Scotland Community Fund seeks to strengthen communities across Scotland and provide opportunities for people to thrive in safe, inclusive, and well-connected environments.
