The National Awards of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria 2022 is now open for nominations.
The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (WBC) is the initiator and organizer of the first forum in Bulgaria, which will recognize inspiring achievements for diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace and in society.
In 2022 SZHBB, with the support of the European Investment Bank, will recognize individuals, companies and organizations that have policies and implement programs to achieve equality, diversity and inclusion, including the representation of women at strategic levels of management in the competition procedure “INSPIRATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS FOR DIVERSITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION
Aims
The forum aims to promote the good practices of individuals, companies and organizations in equality, diversity, inclusion and promotion. Successful approaches are sought and the creation of role models established on the basis of experience and achievements. By announcing the tender procedure, SZHBB once again confirms its commitment to continue working to promote equality and diversity.
Awards Categories
Nomination Categories the forum establishes awards in the following categories, in which the participants will be nominated:
- Inspiring Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiative at work.
- Inspiring Family Friendly Employer initiative in support of working parents, family and children.
- Inspiring initiative for breaking the unconscious bias and inclusion of minorities and disabled people.
- Inspiring initiative for empowering the NEXT GEN of Women Talents.
- Company champion representing women in managerial and leadership positions / Company champion representing women in managerial and leadership positions.
Eligibility Criteria
Individuals, companies and organizations that operate on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or the effect of their activity is realized on the territory of Bulgaria may participate in the tender procedure by submitting an entry form or by nomination by a third party, according to the procedure described in the regulation.
