The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program is a prestigious professional development initiative for secondary-level teachers. Eligibility

Full-time secondary-level teachers of English/EFL, mathematics, science, foreign languages, social studies, journalism/communications, or special education

Minimum of three years full-time teaching experience by the start of the program

Teachers must spend more than half of their teaching time with students aged 12–18

Demonstrated leadership within the school or professional community
