The Asia Foundation in Cambodia is accepting video applications for the YSEALI STEM Education Video Competition.

The Asia Foundation in Cambodia previously hosted the YSEALI STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education Regional Workshop 2018 in Phnom Penh from February 28th to March 2nd, 2018. Video feature here. As part of this ongoing program, the Foundation is now inviting potential candidates across YSEALI countries to submit a video entry to the YSEALI STEM Education Video Competition.

Launched in 2013, the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) is the U.S. Department of State’s signature program to strengthen leadership development and networking in Southeast Asia. Through a variety of programs and engagements, YSEALI seeks to build the leadership capabilities of youth in the region, strengthen ties between the United States and Southeast Asia, and nurture an ASEAN community of leaders who work across borders to solve common issues.

Prizes

Three videos will be selected as the winners of the competition and will receive cash prizes: the first prize winner will receive $500 (five hundred USD); the second prize winner will receive $300 (three hundred USD); and the third prize winner will receive $200 (two hundred USD).
