BairesDev, a leading nearshore software solutions company, has announced an open call for non-governmental organizations to be part of the 8th edition of its Giveback Program, committed to supporting impactful initiatives that can drive positive change to tech talent development opportunities.
The Giveback Program aims to donate to NGOs nurturing technology and education, generating the greatest possible impact.
Through Giveback Program, BairesDev pairs with their clients to support select organizations across different communities whose mission is to create opportunities for talented people to thrive.
Selected NGOs will receive a grant to fund their proposed initiative.
Since 2019, BairesDev’s Giveback program has successfully supported over 500 NGOs and more than 1,500 talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. In 2022, the company increased its investment by over 40% to further bolster various initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- The organizations must be based in the US.
- BairesDev invites NGOs (Non-governmental organizations) committed to enhancing tech education within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields to create more tech talent access and development opportunities.
- Priority is given to those focusing on initiatives to promote tech education.
Projects will be analyzed, selecting up to 10 NGOs based on their initiatives’ impact and cause. The chosen winners will be announced and notified via email.
