The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is seeking proposals for its Nigerian Technical Cooperation Fund (NTCF) 2016 with an aim to promote African solidarity, regional integration and technological advancement as well as economic independence through increased capacity building and institutional support initiatives in development efforts for the benefits of the Bank’s RMCs.
The specific areas to be supported by the Fund include:
- Institutional/technical support and other capacity building programs in the RMCs.
- Engagement of consultants and/or consulting firms for the preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.
- Acquisition of consulting services for the identification, preparation, appraisal, implementation, supervision and post-evaluation of development projects and programmes in Regional Members, as well as to carry out mid-term reviews and audits.
- Provision of technical assistance related to the rehabilitation of existing projects experiencing difficulties.
- Provision of training and capacity building.
- Provision of technical assistance in the preparation of policy studies and Economic and Sector Works.

Funding Information
The amount available for allocation in 2016 is USD 2.5 million.
