Applications are now open for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2019-20 which enables graduate students and young professionals to study in the United States for up to two years and earn a Master’s degree. Participants will be recruited through a merit-based open competition.

Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, the applicants must:
- Be citizens or permanent residents qualified to hold a valid passport issued by Uzbekistan, and reside in the country throughout application and selection process.
- Have completed undergraduate education and hold a bachelor’s degree by September 2018.
- Those who will graduate in summer 2018 must provide official confirmation from their university administration certifying applicant’s coming graduation.
