Call for EOI: Increasing Adolescent and Young People Participation in the Open Government Partnership (Philippines)

The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in partnership with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) are seeking expressions of interest from qualified organizations to support the initiative “Increasing Adolescent and Young People Participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP).

This initiative aims to enhance AYP’s participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP) processes in the Philippines and other relevant participation platforms such as the National Children’s month, World Children’s Day celebration among others to mainstream child-sensitive governance into the OGP National Action Plan (NAP6) (2024-2027) in particular and in strengthening AYP participation in general.

Through this call, UNICEF aims to identify organizations with expertise in AYP participation, governance, public finance management, advocacy, and capacity-building to partner in strengthening AYPP engagement in open government initiatives and relevant platforms.
