- Priority will be given to programs designed to reduce tensions and improve social cohesion with host communities
- Child protection
- Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response
- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)
- Education
- Priority will be given to programs that support enrollment and retention of Afghan refugee children, especially girls, in Pakistani government schools.
- Priority will be given to programs that prevent overlap and coordinate with other education programs, if any in the intervention area.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education;
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education;
- International Organizations.
