The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is currently accepting applications for its 2016 Fellowship Programme for People of African Descent, with an aim to protect and promote of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of people of African descent in their respective countries.

The Fellowship will be held from 21 November to 9 December 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Benefits

Each fellow is entitled to a return ticket (economy class) from the country of residence to Geneva; basic health insurance; and a stipend to cover modest accommodation and other living expenses for the duration of the Programme.
