Deadline: 31-Mar-2026

reach52 is inviting expressions of interest from established Growth Partners to collaborate in recruiting and training Community Health Workers and expanding access to affordable healthcare services and products across underserved regions.

The focus areas include a broad focus on providing supports and services relating to health, including those involving Maternal Newborn Child Health, Non-Communicable Diseases, and Community Health Workers. Eligible organisations are legally registered with existing community operations in non-urban regions, and organisational experience in implementing social business models and digital interventions is valued.

The initiative seeks to collaborate with experienced Growth Partners such as community-based organisations, NGOs, socially minded private sector firms, and civil society organisations that already have established networks and relationships on the ground. Through this collaboration, partners can use reach52’s award-winning technology to support their programs while connecting underserved populations to essential healthcare.

Funding is based on a results-based model, where partners and Community Health Workers are compensated for specific outputs achieved, such as local residents onboarded to the app, Community Health Workers trained, or engagements completed. No upfront funding is provided; instead, partners receive scalable, performance-based payments tied to monthly outcomes. This approach ensures accountability and incentivises measurable impact.

Growth Partners are also expected to manage their network of Community Health Workers between campaigns and activate them as needed for on-demand implementation. Each campaign is structured to respond flexibly to local needs and capacities while ensuring sustainable engagement.

reach52 provides both financial and in-kind support to its Growth Partners, including performance-based sustainable funding, free access to the reach52 Impact platform, training, ongoing implementation support, and assistance in third-party grant development.

The initiative also brings significant benefits to communities through reduced out-of-pocket spending and improved access to affordable medicines, consumer health products, and micro-insurance plans. It promotes the upskilling and digitisation of frontline Community Health Workers and creates micro-entrepreneurial opportunities within the community.

Campaigns are currently being implemented in Indonesia, India, Kenya, and South Africa, and reach52 is actively accepting applications from qualifying organisations across Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, and Mozambique.
