NOFO: Fostering Collaboration Across Ryan White HIV/AIDS Programs (US)

Open Call for Proposals for Farm Safety, Health and Wellbeing Projects (Ireland)

Deadline: 17-Nov-2025

The United States Department of Health and Human Services has announced a new funding opportunity to strengthen collaboration between Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Parts A, B, C, D, and Part F-AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs).

The initiative seeks to help jurisdictions reach national HIV goals and advance efforts to end the HIV epidemic. Building on the success of previous technical assistance meetings under the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. initiative, this project will focus on addressing the unmet needs of populations disproportionately impacted by HIV who are not currently engaged in care.

The project will support one technical assistance provider to coordinate statewide convenings in eight selected states, bringing together all RWHAP Parts in each jurisdiction. These states will be chosen based on unmet need data, especially where EHE funding is not currently available. The technical assistance provider will help participants develop tailored action plans with specific steps to reach people living with HIV who are out of care and re-engage them in sustained treatment. Additionally, the provider will produce comprehensive asset maps of existing resources and potential new partners for each state, ensuring that participants can leverage all available support to close gaps in care.

The goal is to enhance collaboration among RWHAP Parts, maximize existing resources, and strengthen systems of care in alignment with state and local HIV prevention and care plans. By developing targeted strategies and fostering stronger partnerships, the project aims to improve health outcomes for people with HIV and accelerate progress toward ending the epidemic.

The program has an expected funding total of $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2025, supporting one award over a 12-month performance period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Eligible applicants include national organizations, state, local, territorial, and tribal governments, public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, community- and faith-based organizations, and academic health science centers. Individuals are not eligible to apply.
