Open Call for Help the Homeless Grant Program (UK)

2023 Managing Restrictive Housing Populations Training Program (US)

Deadline: 20-Dec-2025

Help the Homeless is a UK-based grant-giving trust dedicated to assisting small charitable organisations focused on homelessness.

The trust offers funding to support capital projects that aim to help homeless individuals lead healthy, independent lives. Organisations interested in applying for funding must ensure they meet specific criteria set by the trust.

The trust exclusively funds capital projects and does not consider applications for running or core costs, including salaries or IT equipment. Grants are capped at £5,000 per project, and multi-year funding requests are not accepted. Furthermore, there should be a minimum period of two years between receiving a decision or grant from Help the Homeless and submitting a subsequent application.

To be eligible, organisations must be registered with the Charity Commission in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, or be a registered Scottish charity. Additionally, the organisation’s annual turnover should be less than £500,000.
