The Caribbean Vulnerable Communities (CVC) is pleased to launch a call for proposals for the Revision and Enhancement of the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Coalition’s Online “Shared Incident Database” (SID).

The Shared Incident Database (SID), is an advanced, user-friendly, web-based technology that is strengthening evidence-based advocacy for more just policies and programmes in the Caribbean’s HIV response. The Database tracks incidents affecting key population groups which include Vulnerable Children and Adolescents, People Living with HIV, Sex Workers, People who Use Drugs, Men who Have Sex with Men, Transgender People, Marginalised Youth, Migrants and Inmates, who often encounter barriers to accessing health services and human rights protection.

The SID provides an integrated platform to record, analyse and exchange information to impact policy and programmes and will further empower individuals and civil society organisations to pursue redress including legal remedies where these are available.

This scope of work is meant to enhance the SIDS platform’s overall functions in documentation, data storage and data retrieval processes. In particular the SOW will address the following areas:

Duration: This assignment should be completed within 3 month from date of signature of the contract.
