The United Nations Development Programme offers you an extraordinary opportunity for 70% co-financing for the training of the unemployed person in your company. You can hire the person of your choice or use them for temporary and occasional services depending on the need. The trainings are available in the digital area according to the most modern methods of distance learning. They will be conducted by SEMOS Education as one of the most experienced training centers in Macedonia.

Purpose
- The measure aims to provide online skills training according to employers’ requirements. The basic idea is to create, organize and deliver training courses to improve digital skills following a distance learning methodology.
- These trainings are intended for companies that are interested in training unemployed people according to their needs for workers who will have the appropriate digital skills to implement the work process. These trainings will enable interested candidates who are unemployed according to the records in the AVRSM system to increase their employability by upgrading their knowledge and skills.
- The training will be carried out in close cooperation with the employers and the respective training providers. The training provider for all offered areas is the renowned company SEMOS Education.
Training Courses
The unemployed person will be trained to perform the following functions and manage the following processes in your company:
- Administering network devices and network connectivity – Network Administrator
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management – Digital Marketer
- E-sales and development of e-stores – E-commerce specialist
- Data Analysis with Power BI and Python – Data Analyst
- Development of adaptive web and mobile applications with JavaScript technology – JavaScript Web developer
Eligibility Criteria
Registration will take place on a first-come, first-served basis until the available places are used. Interested employers can register their interest in participation.
