DiversityQ is delighted announce that nominations are open for the 2023 Women in IT Awards, Asia Edition.
The awards, now its fith year, have recognised and celebrated women, allies, and organisations across Asia for their outstanding contribution to the technology industry.
Despite the global pandemic, they continue to see incredible dedication, transformation and innovation from individuals and organisations alike. Women in tech are gaining ground as the technology industry makes slow but steady progress in shrinking its gender gap, and is it reported in the ‘April 2022 Deloitte Insight article’ that women in tech leadership are making the fastest advances.
The 2023 Awards wants to shine a light on the impact of all the transformations, innovations, and growth of the past 2 year.
The judges are looking for individuals, organisations and initiatives that have gone and beyond, and that have demonstrated a huge impact on businesses, employees, and the wider industry.

- Shine a light on outstanding industry talent and role models, as well as the employers that are implementing diversity initiatives that continue to spearhead real change in the sector.
Who can nominate for these Awards?
- Nominations are open for the Women in IT Awards Asia! This year they have 22 categories focusing on achievements in technology, DEI and advocacy. Candidates are welcome and encouraged to nominate themselves as well as other team members, colleagues or peers. Nominations are open to technology professionals across industries, and it is free to submit an entry.
- Please note: each candidate can only be nominated for a maximum of two categories. If subsequent nominations are received, only the first two will be considered for the shortlisting process. Nominations will only be considered for candidates living and working within the APAC region.
