The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is seeking applications for funding under the National Ashanti Alert Network Training and Technical Assistance Program.

The National Ashanti Alert Network Program is a continuation of the initial TTA program established in FY 2020.

It is important that applicants clearly articulate how they will continue work that has already been started and continue the development and implementation of a comprehensive TTA program with regard to the Ashanti Alert Act.

Applicants must explain how they will provide training and technical assistance to missing person programs, with regard to the Ashanti Alert Act, across the United States, and how they will accomplish this in partnership with federal agencies, educational institutions, professional organizations, and the private sector.

Goals

During the 18-month program period, the TTA provider will receive oversight and guidance from BJA, be required to achieve the following goals and objectives, and produce the following deliverables, including, but not limited to:
