The Administration for Community Living is inviting applications for the Empowering Communities to Deliver and Sustain Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Program.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support organizations to reduce falls and/or falls risk among older adults and adults with disabilities in their community through the implementation of evidence-based falls prevention programs, focusing on those older adults in underserved areas/populations as defined by the  Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.

The Administration on Aging (AoA), part of the Administration for Community Living (ACL), plans to award 4 to 6 cooperative agreements with a four-year (48-month) project period, subject to the availabilty of funds.
