Call for Proposals: UK-Indonesia Disability Inclusion Partnerships Grant

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is pleased to announce the Inclusion Grants funding for 2022-2023 to enhance the inclusion of persons with disabilities and to enable greater participation in community opportunities through the removal of barriers.

Through Children, Seniors and Social Development’s Disability Policy Office, the Inclusion Grants Funding Program provides grants of up to $25,000 to eligible community-based and non-profit organizations to help them create more accessible and inclusive facilities and events.

Eligible Activities

Accessibility Grants

Built environment includes all person-made surroundings that provide the setting for human activity. Examples are buildings and facilities, playgrounds, sidewalks and boardwalks.

Disability-Related Accommodations Grants

Eligible disability-related accommodation costs are for the purpose of making an event accessible and barrier-free.  

Eligibility Criteria

Grant funding is available to non-profit, community-based organizations.
