The 4Culture is offering Preservation Special Projects Funds Grants Program to people and organizations preserving the historic spaces take on all kinds of challenges, from advocacy to long-term stewardship planning.

This grant funds the people undertaking activities to preserve the historic buildings and spaces in King County, Washington. It is open to individuals as well as groups and may be used to create printed or digital resources including, but not limited to: research projects, structural assessments, landmark nominations, advocacy efforts, books, guides, brochures, recordings, educational exhibits and programs promoting the preservation of the built environment (i.e. buildings, structures and landscapes of historic significance).
Funding may also be used to produce special events and programs that highlight the region’s built history including, but not limited to: conferences, workshops, technical assistance programs, apprenticeship or training opportunities, guided tours, field schools and skill demonstrations.
Funding Information
4Culture expects the award maximum to be $7,000, with the minimum likely to remain $1,000.
