The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), Family Violence Prevention and Services Program is seeking applications from eligible organisations for Family Violence Prevention and Services Discretionary Grants program to support a National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NRCDV).

The NRCDV will maintain a clearing house library to collect, prepare, analyze, and disseminate information and statistics related to the incidence, intervention, and prevention of domestic violence and dating violence and to provide shelter, supportive services, and prevention services to adult and youth victims of domestic violence and dating violence which includes services to prevent repeated incidents of violence.

The NRCDV will provide national training and technical assistance focused on enhancing domestic violence program service delivery, policy, research, social service systems improvements, community outreach, intervention programs, and primary prevention programs.

Funding Information: The estimated total program funding is $1,800,000.
