The Auckland Council is seeking applications for its Albert-Eden Quick Response Grant Programme.

Funding priorities

The council welcomes grant applications that align to the following priorities:

Higher priority for eligibility

Projects and activities that demonstrate smokefree programmes and promote zero-waste and low carbon messages.

The council will also consider applications for match funding. This is where grants are provided in exchange for the community’s ‘match’ in volunteer labour, cash or donated goods and services up to the value of 50 per cent. Applications will be prioritised and assessed under the same priorities as other grants.

During the financial year 2022 there will be a particular focus on support for initiatives that address community resilience and recovery post COVID-19.

The council will also consider applications for other services, projects and activities, but they may identified as lower priorities:
